2. Website Usage

Users may:

• View available real estate projects and property listings.
• Book plots by paying the booking amount.
• Make EMI payments.
• Download brochures and other documents.
• Contact sales representatives.

User registration is required to access certain services, including bookings and payments.

3. Booking and Payment Policy

• A minimum booking amount of 30% of the total property value is required.
• Customers can make EMI payments through the website with a maximum repayment term of 60 months.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• If the customer chooses to cancel the plot after booking, a standard deduction of 19.99% will apply to the total amount paid.
• If the customer fails to pay six (6) consecutive EMIs, the deal will be cancelled and the invested amount will be refunded after deducting 19.99%.
• All refunds will be processed within 90 to 120 working days.

5. Service Delivery Timeline

• Upon payment of the down payment, possession of the land will be granted and an allotment letter will be issued.
• Final possession will be provided after registry and mutation procedures are completed.

6. User Responsibilities

Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation and mutual agreement. Failing which, the matter will be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

In case of any unresolved dispute, claim, or controversy, the matter shall be resolved through the appropriate civil court or consumer forum having exclusive jurisdiction in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
